• Completed sessions are non-refundable
• Missed or canceled sessions do not qualify for refunds
• Technical issues on the student’s side (e.g., poor internet) are not eligible for refunds

All tutoring sessions must be prepaid. Free trial sessions hold no monetary value and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

We recommend checking your internet connection, device compatibility, and availability before scheduling a session to avoid disruptions.
