At Asymptote Global Education, we maintain a strict no-refund policy under all circumstances. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

• All completed tutoring sessions are non-refundable

• Missed or canceled sessions are not eligible for refunds

• Technical issues on the student’s side (including poor internet connectivity or device limitations) do not qualify for refunds

All tutoring sessions must be paid in advance. Any free trial sessions offered have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

We strongly recommend ensuring a stable internet connection, compatible device, and availability prior to scheduling sessions to avoid any disruptions.
